If you installed SIMMS version 8.0 Service Pack 5 prior to Sept, 2, 2011 it is very important that you run the attached script on your database, also if you track serial numbers please contact KCSI Tech Support Right away.
SIMMS version 8.0 Service Pack 5 prior to Sept, 2, 2011
There was a missing script in version 8.0.5 released prior to Sept, 2, 2011 that must be run on your database right away
- Download the attached zip file and unzip the file to a folder you will remember
- Backup your SIMMS Databases
- Launch the SQL manager, or launch SIMMS and open the SQL Query manager
- open the sql file in notepad and copy the contents
- past the contents of the script into the sql query manager
- select your SIMMS databases
- Run the script
